30 Day Return Window
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return

• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos if the item is damaged or faulty
Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is defective or arrives damaged, Solara Labs will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning the product for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange for the same item, contact us to arrange it.
Exchanges are available if the item is still in stock.
Damaged or Faulty Items

Non Returnable Items
Items with obvious physical damage caused by misuse cannot be returned.
