1 Year Limited Warranty
All Solara Labs products come with a 1 year limited warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects that occur during normal use.
What the Warranty Covers
• Internal defects caused by manufacturing
• Battery or charging issues not caused by misuse
• Product failure during normal everyday use
• Faulty components or circuitry
• Items that arrive damaged or defective
If your item has any of these issues within the warranty period, we will repair it, replace it or offer an equivalent solution.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
• Damage caused by drops, impact or physical misuse
• Water damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by using improper charging cables
• Attempted repairs or modifications made by the customer
• Lost or stolen items
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact our support team at

Include the following
• Your name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
Our team will review the information and provide the next steps.
Replacement Policy
If your warranty claim is approved, we will
• Send you a replacement product, or
• Provide an equivalent alternative if the item is out of stock
Replacements are shipped at no cost to you.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims.
Return Requirements
In some cases, we may request the defective item be returned for inspection.
If the product is confirmed faulty, return shipping is covered by Solara Labs.
Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the day you receive your item.
Claims made after 1 year from the delivery date may not be eligible.
